The inspiration for strawberry birdie came from me wanted to do a study in pink scale. The bird is actually a painting of my bird pickle. Strawberries we're not part of the original plan. It was going to be round cactus but when I finished the painted sketch I realized they looked like strawberries. They looked super cute and fit the vibe for the painting so I ran with it.
